nz) You will be responsible for the following key duties: Assisting roster owners in building and maintaining their rosters. Providing expert advice to roster owners and transactors. Ensuring compliance with Te Whatu Ora rostering strategy, policies, and procedures.
Supporting regular roster maintenance for changes in rosters. Opening and closing rosters and processing time and attendance exception events. Identifying areas of improvement in service and processes.
Keeping customers informed and updating query cases. Answering phone and online inquiries satisfactorily and within a reasonable timeframe. Collaborating with HRSS and support teams to resolve issues.
Maintaining a customer-focused, can-do approach to customer service interactions. Ng pkenga me ng wheako | Skills and experience Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Suite applications. Minimum of NCEA Level 3.
Experience working in a fast-paced administration function. Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work accurately, resolve problems, and achieve results. Demonstrated experience working as an effective team member.
Practical experience of rostering practices is desirable. Experience working in the health sector or other large and diverse organizations is a plus.
